We had a raft of 5 people, and we all loved it. Ages 14-42. We did get stuck twice on rocks but were able to push off with our oars. There weren't many openings for us to pull off and hang a bit like we wanted. Seemed like debris had gotten caught in areas that we may have been able to stop at. There are areas where the water flowed fast, and there were areas where we were just able to slowly coast along and enjoy the views. We were able to pretty much stay close to another raft of family members. Don't think about this trip people, do it!

Great place to rent boats and camp on the Hiwassee river with a great staff. My daughter and I spent a couple of days here and enjoyed it immensely. The laid back and easygoing environment is exactly what we needed .

I loved going down this river. It's one of my favorites now. When I went the water was a little high which is what you want. The river is beautiful but as soon as you get through the rocks It's nice but you do it again. The scenery is worth it... you just have to put a little work into it... nothing crazy though

Our boat had a people from 5 years old to 70 years old and everyone had a great experience. The bus ride was the worst part due to motion sickness but after that it was a great day. Would recommend it for those looking for fun and a little adventure.

Great outfitter for anything from a shuttle to inflatable kayaks or rafts. The water release is around 11am most weekends.

Loved this place. Great mini rapids and fun flowing river. Nick worked here and saw me struggling to life my rental kayak and he immediately helped me. He was very helpful. They say it only takes you about 2 hours paddling and maybe 3 hours even not paddling to complete it. We brought snacks and drinks and chilled on a pull off and really enjoyed being out there. Spent about 5 hours out Sunday.

My first time, it's kinda scary if you don't know what's coming, there's probably 6 to 8 areas of rapids, I made it and I'm proud that I didn't spill myself out of the kayak, you'll appreciate it. Sorry no photos, no time, but our friends took some.
